This Hot Cupboard with a double heated gantry constructed from stainless steel is designed to keep contents at a warm and hygienic temperature due to its fully insulated panels
Able to be used as a kitchen pass, the left side of the appliance features a large capacity hot cupboard and is easily accessible using a sliding door system both sides whilst the double tier heated gantry uses heat lamps to keep plated counter top food warm and ready for service.
The right side of the unit features a storage section and a shelving gantry ideal for storing plates or other items needed close to hand.
